Dear POTRAZ Unsolicited bulk SMSs are illegal. It is also illegal for Econet and Netone to facilitate such unsolicited bulk SMSs. Why are you silent when ED continues to violate the Data Protection Act and the Postal and Telecoms Act which you administer? Econet Wireless
