In Commonwealth v. Davis, 2019 PA Super 99, the court held the “costs of prosecution” authorized by 16 P.S. § 1403 ends with conviction. The plain definition does not include the costs of “sentencing,” so a defendant cannot be liable for any costs associated with sentencing.
