50 yr COVID+ pt with acute onset left side weakness. CTA with BIG clot at the carotid bifur. Successful thrombectomy with 6mm Solitaire and aspiration with Walrus balloon guide. Tiny infarct on post MRI corresponding to small distal emboli on preop imaging. #irad
