We got extremely messy using paste and strips of paper to create a paper mache bowl. We learned about the process and after popping our balloons we reassessed what we could do differently next time, mainly more layers! Here we are beginning to paint them ready for decoration.

Our class have loved watching our caterpillars eating and growing. We came back on Monday to 5 chrysalises! Mrs M and R sorted them into their net with the whole class watching on the big screen. We can’t wait to try to catch sight of them emerging! 𝓒𝓟𝓢 𝓜𝓻𝓼 𝓢𝓽𝓲𝓻𝓵𝓲𝓷𝓰 Carronshore Primary

We now have 5 butterflies! 1 when we left on Wed, then 3 more when we arrived back in this morning and we caught this little one at the front having just emerged. Her wings were all crumpled and we enjoyed watching her have a good stretch and a wiggle to get them straightened out
