Very Bad experience at the Check-in Counter today at Air India Express while travelling from Mumbai to Jaipur. 1. We were 2 people, having 2 suitcases weighing 15kg and 8 kg. We also had 2 small cartoons weighing 6 kg and 7 kg respectively. We also had laptop bags with us.

Now irony is at the counter people created a hassle to carry them. I could not understand the reason. In Kgs, we are well within the limits. The argument was that our Laptop bags of 4 kgs and 3 kgs of each person were going out of their limits. Seriously???

World over laptop bags are treated in addition to handbags of 7/8 kg in handbag. The Duty Manager Megha also had the same opinion and argued that this was their rule. Is this how Airline takes care of customers?

Very poor from Qatar Airways to incorrectly deny a customer service, then actively hide from responsibility. Clearly customer interest not at the heart of this airline. I will think twice before opting for Qatar airways as an option.

It seems Indigo is on its way to recover the losses from the past few days' disruptions, which were due to its own negligence, from passengers now travelling on its fleet. Horrible experience at check-in on Mumbai Airport travelling to Maldives.
