Several people have reached out to me recently asking for advice on the clinical exam. Soon, I will provide a peek into my study methods and strategies that helped me pass the exam in one go. I understand the anxiety and I'll do my best to help where possible.

As a Specialist IMG , here is a pathway. Do your AMC 1, do your English exam Apply for registrar jobs in your specialty. Whilst working, learn from your specialist colleagues what the college would be looking for in the specialist assessment. Apply for assessment.

Fascinating conversation.

So many questions about WBA(Work Based Assessment) programme and how it works for IMGs. Is it objective? How long is the waiting list? How much does it cost? Must I do a rotational job? I'll write a thread about it soon.

Another thing I've been asked to talk about is salary transparency. How much does one truly earn in Australia as a doctor at different levels, and is it worth it,financially, to make the jump across the pond?

I'm glad to see some many of the guys I've mentored get their first jobs in Australia. If you have completed AMC 1, this would be an ideal time to apply for work. 1/2
