Author Award winners enjoyed a walk in the sunshine to WHSmith to choose a new book! We then had a quick read in the park on our way back to school 📕 📚! Thanks to WHSmith for hosting us and gifting us books and reading goodies!!

Over 40 of our P6 & P7 pupils enjoyed participating in a fantastic Cluster Sports Festival this afternoon. We are very proud of our fabulous choir who performed so well at the Glasgow Music Festival today in Glasgow Royal Concert Hall. A huge thanks to Mrs McDonald for all of her hard work in training and conducting the choir. Thanks also to the four parents helpers for coming along!

Members of the Kirkintilloch Band visited our assembly this morning to perform some music and tell us all about their youth band. Further information will be posted on Seesaw next week. 🎶🎼🎵🎺

Our whole school enjoyed an Easter service at St Columbus Church this morning. It was lovely to listen to our school choir and orchestra who performed so well. Thank you to Rev Ruth Morrison for leading the service.

Team Oxgang took part in the 10k Race for Life last Sunday. So far, we have raised over £4000 for cancer research. An emotional day as we thought about loved ones that we’ve lost to cancer and also those who are still fighting this awful disease. 😢💗
