With Mary-Ann Stavrinides and Joanna Demetriou of the Attorney-General’s Office, we represented the Republic of Cyprus, intervening along with 31 other states in the case brought by Ukraine v Russia on the basis of the Genocide Convention before the International Court of Justice.
