John Deere could give every single employee a $20/hr raise and still net nearly $3,000,000,000 per year in profit. This is why their workers are on strike.

The pentagon bill now totals $857B, $55B more than the President requested. It’s more than we spend on transportation, veterans, education, justice, int'l affairs, the environment, housing, science, space, job training, and employment COMBINED. I will be voting NO.

So, without telling anyone, Dave Grohl brought his giant smoker and cooked/fed barbecue and sides for 500 folks at Hope Mission in L.A. during the storms. Paid for it all. Worked 16 hours. So, when the aliens get here and ask “who’s in charge?”, I think we take them to Dave

You used to be able to afford a home, a car, childcare, healthcare, and a few vacations a year on a factory workers salary. A lot about the 50’s were awful. This part wasn’t. Now people can’t afford rent on a 400sqft studio apartment. This is why auto workers voted to strike.
