BKK Addresses and Equips Clans & County Chiefs with Tablets The Prime Minister of Bkk, Owek. Andrew Byakutaga Ateenyi, joined the Chairperson of the Royal Commission, Omujwarakondo Owek. Dr. Kabagambe Kaliisa Ateenyi, in addressing registered clan leaders & chiefs at BKK Hotel.

In his remarks, Dr. Kabagambe Kaliisa Ateenyi, who also serves as the Special Presidential Advisor on Oil and Gas, commended clan leaders and county chiefs for their continued efforts in mobilising communities and strengthening cultural structures across the Kingdom.

He further outlined the mandate of the Royal Commission, noting that it is responsible for vetting and supervising the Prime Minister & his Cabinet, advising RA Omukama, & providing terms of reference to the Prime Minister, although it does not hold appointment powers. 1/2
