Perhaps the bigger question around APR/ IHT is one that hasn't been raised much & really should - why the Chancellor hasn't chosen to up taxes on industries that make squillions in profits, including oil & gas and gambling, as well as wealthy individuals? #FarmingRally

In APR discussions it’s crucial we don’t loose sight of the other serious challenges in the budget including the speeding up of BPS phase out, real terms cuts to the agri budget cuts as well as the changes that affect all businesses including agriculture such as employers NI etc
