i have a isolation problem, as soon as i feel as tho something is off or if i don't wanna talk i will isolate myself from whoever & idc

All I want to do is try new restaurants, eat good food, drink good cocktails, travel to new places, make money, love & be loved, and laugh. That’s it, that’s all.

my therapist said this to me, and it hit me like a brick “if it drains you, it’s not for you. love, friendships, jobs, anything meant for you will nourish you, not exhaust you. 1/2

adult friendships have taught me that sometimes the person you regard as a “close friend” isn’t really your friend. and that’s okay, take your L and move on.
