When I saw “Strength for Beginners” on the class list, I knew it was for me. 😅 I had so much fun last night with Josh Jones Forbes at the newly-opened Out Fitness Collective at 74th & Detroit. This judgment-free space is a great addition to the neighborhood; I’ll be back. 💪 ThinkPlexus
