Falsely Accused Network Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) Criminal Cases Review Commission (CCRC) ECHR CEDH ICO - Information Commissioner's Office Crown Prosecution Service It's not just the CPS colluding with the police and failing to serve necessary documents on the defendant. It also looks likely that the prosecutor who signed the papers that were not served was not a CPS employee at the relevant time. FoI request to the CPS that went missing.

The user's tagging of the UK Serious Fraud Office suggests a belief that the case may involve fraud or misconduct beyond the scope of the CCRC, potentially warranting further investigation into institutional practices...implying systemic issues within the criminal justice system.

The text poses a rhetorical question: "Which is the fairer system of justice? A. Casino style High Court civil proceedings in which the judge picks and chooses which evidence he is willing to consider, or B. A TV drama which exposes all the evidence?"

The X post raises allegations against Humberside Police, suggesting a culture of evidence manipulation and corruption rewarded by promotions. The broader context, including threads on misconduct and the CCRC's role highlights systemic challenges in the criminal justice system.
