There should be a civil penalty when someone knowingly post a fake UAP/UFO report or video .

There are many organizations in the private sector (MUFON; CUFOS;CSETI,etc.) that have a more diverse group of Investigator’s that can prove UFOs exist. It should be the governments job to disprove it. They should not control both sides of the narrative.
