Business across National Park are frustrated at the lack of consultation and removal of bilingualism. We have the support of businesses across the Park and our business support group is growing by the hour. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 #OurBBNP brecon-radnor.co.uk/news/businesse…

The Brecon Beacons National Park Authority must listen to the concerns from business and the community. I’m a proud supporter of the Welsh Language but we are a bilingual community and the people running the park should respect that. 👇

Sixty years ago, local butcher Arwyn Morgans campaigned for the Welsh language to be respected and legally protected in Wales. He marched in Aberwystryh and Machynlleth. He believes the National Park should respect both languages and maintain the bilingualism he fought for.

And 60 years on Arwyn is making a stand again, but for the other way round. Language equality is not either/or - it means both! 💞 People only learn Welsh by being provided with both languages. Nos da 🌙 Goodnight x
