I’ve now seen 3 U.S talents joining tech cos in Paris get their visa/work permit in less than 10 days. Kudos to the French government and its new ”tech visa”. Red carpet for immigrants! The lifeblood of our industry.

Getting fired. 1/ I interviewed someone recently and I asked “have you ever gotten fired” (Huge disclosure I have no idea if this is kosher to ask- I went rogue). I was incredibly impressed by her answer and it helped clarify my thinking of getting fired.
