Not much in the way of bird species in Lapland as it was too cold -30 one day and average -25 the rest of the time. Plus busy doing activities with the family. However, Eurasian Jackdaw  subspecies soemmerringii were very common in the town of Rovenemi. Note the half collar.

I think this Egyptian Goose was home sick as it's sitting at the base of Cleopatra's needle in London.

Another London trip and we always look for unusual things. UKs smallest police station, Beatles last performance, Cafe in an old toilet and graffiti tunnel.

First day in Marrakesh and seen a few great species like Little Swift, Pallid Swift but these cheeky and cute House Buntings are everywhere.

My phone was stolen in Marrakesh so no more pictures. Other main highlights though. Atlas mountains - Alpine Chough, African Blue Tit and African Chaffinch. Agafay Desert - Hoopoe-lark and Crested Lark. Around Marrakesh - Spotless Starling, Mahgreb Magpie and Turtle Dove.
