This afternoon we enabled a pt to sit out of bed for the first time in weeks. We got the “grooming pack” out & encouraged hand hygiene/clean nails, whilst her hair was being attended to. A client-centred approach enabled us to facilitate purposeful & meaningful occupations 💚💙💛

#GBBO Emily was a beautiful person inside and out, even after her diagnosis she raised an incredible amount of funds to pay for future research into this type of cancer. Her family continued to raise funds even after she sadly passed. Amazing young lady and an incredible family❤️
