Thisssss! Pacing is on my mind as I'm changing my routine after symptoms flaring after RTW. As an OT with #LongCovid I thought I'd be able to pace but it has been eye opening. Pacing is an absolute minefield. It is the most difficult and frustrating skill to learn & implement
