Umm. I made a new recipe tonight out of thin air and ingredients on hand. Cajun bourbon (buffalo trace) salmon with asparagus. WOW. Lemon rub, then salt and spices on salmon. Cook in butter, garlic and watered down bourbon. Basting occasionally.

I just discovered the most wonderful piece of technology. #autostopeliminator. It's so simple and will save my starter from wearing out! Highly recommended.
