Our Secretary General Dr. Nakubulwa KIRUDDU NATIONAL REFERRAL HOSPITAL giving an acceptance speech on behalf of the Society after receiving the button to host the 13th COECSA Congress in Uganda. It is really a great opportunity on collaboration and partnership to advance Eye care in the COECSA region.
