Women and Girls in Sport Week brought to an end with a top class webinar with coach Claire Tracy on the benefits of S&C for women and girls.

PKC has moved into Tier 3 so there are no adult classes at Salle Ossian until further notice. All our u18 classes will continue as usual, Mon-Thu 4.30-7.30pm and primary school classes Weds 6.30-7.30 pm and Saturday 10-11am.
