Senna won 1991 season. He and MP4/6 were absolutely unstoppable. One thing I found while analyzing was: the early conceptual ancestor of beam wing! Back then engineers knew that kicking air upward and at the same sucking air will increase downforce Something truly captivating!

❗️Do you remember these small windscreens just ahead of cockpit? Their main job is to reduce turbulent air hitting drivers helmet. ⏳️Back in early 90s engineers already have created them and installed on the car for example: MP4/6

Turning vanes on the MP4/6's front wing! They guide turbulent air from the front wheels away from the floor to protect underbody downforce. Just take a look at this massive low pressure area on both sides! More about them and other aero elements used in MP4/6 in today's video!
