We were delighted to host esteemed researchers. Nelson Zamora, a prominent botanist in Costa Rica, is renowned for his work on identifying numerous rare plant species. Daniel Barthélémy's research specializes in plant architecture, and co-founder of the Pl@ntNet (@plantnet).

Sea Turtles are highly sensitive to artificial lights, which can disorient them and disrupt their nesting habits. We journeyed to Costa Rica's North Pacific to combat light pollution using covers made from repurposed buckets. @seeturtles @leatherbacktrust @PlayaGrandeKidClub

During the month of March we had several monitoring tours in the Terraba-Sierpe National Wetland. These field monitoring tasks are arduous and challenging, so we need a committed team with the best attitude. Special thanks to the local people who assisted us in the field.
