Fantastic collaboration with Joe Wicks Joe Wicks, Centre for Perioperative Care, Guy's and St Thomas' and British Geriatrics Society to get patients, particularly older patients exercising in the run up to surgery. Doing any exercise before an operation helps reduce complications, and aids recovery. Please share.
