having a breakdown

am in the worst place mentally that i have ever been

my heart hurts. my soul is shrivelled. my mental health is awful and it feels like ive cried for over 24 hours. am i okay? no. im not. is that okay? yes.

never hoped more for a shift cancellation than rn (i slept for 2 hours overnight and if shift 1 gets cancelled i could sleep longer before shift 2)

trying to pick my next read which i want to choose randomly but i also want another netgalley book bc it makes me feel good when my % rises
