The Elbe is noticeably higher this morning, with a substantial amount of debris being carried along.

Elbe has risen a little further during the past 3hrs in Rosice, but nothing compared to what other areas are going through.

I didn't expect the river nex to the Mills to reach this level. As you can see there are houses along the left of the river.

Given the rivers rate of flow, debris (as in trees) and that the bridge has single lane and speed restrictions, I'm not surprised. #Pardubice
