A message to all of you who are out there working hard to do something great. Stay the course. Don’t give up. Real success usually takes time. Keep working. Keep striving. Keep loving, serving and caring. Eventually success will find you.

The greatest way to motivate is not through big speeches, bold strategy meetings or loud screaming sessions. The greatest way to motivate is through one on one meetings that enhance communication, develop connection and strengthen commitment one team member at a time.

Trust your assistant coaches and your parents to have your best interest at heart. Making important decisions when you are stressed is a likely failure point. Accept help. Build a supportive team structure so that everybody can help and get help.

Well. I have made my fair share of bonehead mistakes. I've made my apologies and made peace with myself. But I didn't break any laws nor have I ever lied about the context of my mistakes. And I certainly don't encourage others to act badly.

I don't think I could easily look past my weaknesses as a coach or team to enjoy the strengths. I am not intimidated by the strengths of my opponents but I certainly work to solve our weaknesses I focus on making weaknesses strengths so that everything improves
