To maximize responsiveness of the User experience, Orchidtect Game Creator for Windows is implemented using C++ and DirectX.

Because Orchidtect is for content creation and not for content consumption, it is being implemented as an MFC and not as a UWP application. Alternatively, it could have also been a Win32 application.

Orchidtect Game Creator will allow you to create fun, exciting, and spellbinding adventure games by allowing you to focus on game design and not on cryptic code.

Orchidtect Video Game Creator will be released for both Windows 10 and MacOS.

Because Orchidtect is for content creation and not for content consumption, it is a desktop application implemented using Objective-C++, C++, and the Cocoa framework for MacOS.

As an MFC application, Orchidtect is implemented using the Document-View Architecture.
