Stay safe and stay warm while school is out of session this week! Iowa City Schools are closed 1/29, 1/30 and 1/31 due to the forecast of extremely cold temperatures.

The Iowa City Schools district and school building offices will be closed from 4:30 pm Tuesday, January 29 until 12:30 pm on Thursday, January 31, 2019. Stay safe and stay warm!

In addition to classes cancelled Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, all District offices and buildings will be closed from 4:30 pm Tuesday, Jan 29 until 12:30 pm on Thursday, Jan 31, 2019. This includes all school offices, the Educational Services Center, and the Physical Plant.

Last week ICCSD served over 10000 free meals to children! Iowa City Schools plans to serve even more meals this week! Children no longer need to accompany guardians for a meal to be picked-up. We're also adding 2 sites: SEJH & Mann ES. Meals served 11-1, Mon-Fri #ICCSDtogether
