Vijay Sahib, I am sure while addressing the RWA's u must have made all aware Of Rule 20 of ABC Rules,2023 mandates that It shall be the responsibility of RWA 2 make necessary arrangement 4 feeding of community animals and shall ensure to designate feeding spots and feeding time.
