Got letter from hospital saying I have "progressive MS (primary progressive?)". In June, they said aggressive relapsing remitting. Confused

Following another MRI, a neurologist told me today that I have primary progressive MS.

At last, I've seen my fave GP who seems open to the idea of prescribing LDN for me and will look into it. I'm optimistic!

Started LDN 10 days ago. Plagued by headaches, extreme tiredness and MS symptoms worse. But today, wow, I'm feeling much better!!!

Lowered dose of LDN from 3 to 2mg last night. Feel like a different person today: no headaches, stiffness reduced somewhat and fatigue less!
