As the Plenary begins, the need of the hour is opposition unity in which Congress plays a central role to defend public institutions & liberties. I am sure under leadership of Mallikarjun Kharge ji & guidance of Sonia ji & Rahul Gandhi ji Congress will meet the expectations of the nation.
