Melbourne is so tangibly Taylor Swift bananas right now. Playing on multiple radio stations at once. One station doing all Tay all Day. Massive shows. Live crosses to the venue hours before doors. Lap it up Swifties, this sorta thing doesn't come round very often.

While Frankster (aka Sheik Rhatlen Rohl) had found somewhere else to stay for a short time, it's only for a short time and he still needs help to get a place of his own. Please help if you can, even with just an RT.

Well that was an EXTREMELY expurgated version of Who Are You. It'd have been lucky to have been 3 minutes long, and I've never, ever heard Roger sing "Who the hell are you?" before today.

I just finished reading this the other day and you know what, I bloody loved it. I came at it primarily as a Nick Drake fan, only started listening to Syd properly last year, but really liked both the stories, and their intersections.

Once I got used to this, even the 6 minute Substance version felt a bit unsatisfying. I just really like the way the beginning takes its time unfolding youtu.be/nWEERhpn2mg

Found a 2CH top 500 countdown listing from 2012 today and it's one of those ones where they're changing a bit, so Under The Milky Way by The Church is rubbing shoulders with Glenn Miller and Judy Garland...

I played that deadstar album so much for about five years that I think I burned a hole through the disc art with the lasers of my CD player.
