Cell division (mitosis) is beautiful! Here's a dSTORM image of a dividing cell during anaphase. Microtubules (β-tubulin) were labeled in COS-7 cells with an antibody conjugated to AF646. The scale bar is 5 µm. #FluorescenceFriday #mitosis #superresolution #microscopy #anaphase
