"Chie to the rescue!"

"Now that I've rescued you! You wanna go for a walk?"

"Not if I carry you the whole way!"

"W-well if that's what you want." She proceeds to set her down as gently as she can.

"Well. . ." She took a few minutes to think. "Yeah sure! But as long as we can go somewhere afterwards."

"I did. I kinda wanted to swing by the river before the day ends."

"Aha. Yeah, a-almost like a date." She can only hope she likes the surprise she has at the river.

"W-well. Should we get that food. . . ?" She gave Yukiko's hand a gentle squeeze before looking over to her.

She followed pace, making sure to walk at the same speed as her. "So how's the inn?"

"Well with school coming back I can only assume we will be busy with other things afterwards." A sigh. "But I'm gonna enjoy today."

She listened carefully blinking before her gaze followed to the sky. "Oh. . . Yeah it is. I hope it doesn't rain, I wouldn't want to have to end our Date early."

"Yeah. I agree." She made sure to keep holding Yukiko's hand as she picked up her pace,making sure not to leave her behind.

With their paces accelerated they made it to their destination in little time, the Ramen shop open and thankfully nobody was in line.

"I'll just get what you're getting. Simple that way, and then we can eat it at the riverbank. On the bl— surprise." She almost spilled her secret!

She was silent as she stood and waited,, when the other arrived she took one of the to go bowls before lightly grasping her hand once more. "Thanks Yukiko. You're the best."

Together they walked, until they arrived. The thing she was hiding was pretty obvious, she had laid out a blanket on the hill, a small portable radio sitting on it with a handful of wild flowers she had picked to give to her. She's blushing just waiting for Yukiko's reaction.

"I-I wasn't sure which flowers were. . . Ones you liked so I just picked what I could find. . . I hope you like them." She began to walk along the hill, extra careful to guide Yukiko to make sure neither of them tripped.

"I'm. . . Glad." She couldn't help but chuckle, bringing her down to the quilt and taking a seat.
