A sly chuckle left Abby's lips at the jab from the other. She watched Ellie's outburst as she might have watched a toddler throwing a tantrum: she observed her, partly annoyed, partly amused, and pursed her lips. She was bold, voicing her opposition. 〝  Fuck off   . 〞

A scowl graced her features at the blatant insults that were hurled at her. It was vexing that a mere girl like Ellie thought she was in a position to speak against her. Abby growled, the patience she had was wearing thin. A sudden urge to attack the survivor before her grew.

〝 Shut your mouth . 〞She told him, authoritative, steady - a mere warning, the softest he would receive in her mood. She knew he was just kidding, yet the situation with Mel was still on her mind. Abby allowed her gaze to fall onto Owen, unsure of what to say or do next.
