Sleeping without a pillow can help relieve back pain. A person inherits their height from their father and their weight from their mother. If you suddenly feel tired, shake your head to help get your energy back. The mind cannot ignore certain things like food and danger.

‘Woe to those who yearn for the day of Jehovah! What, then, will the day of Jehovah mean for you? It will be darkness, and not light. (Amos 8:18)

God has one personal name, Jehovah. The Bible uses it about 7,000 times, way more than any title or anyone else's name. “I am Jehovah. That is my name” sits there plain in Isaiah.

Yes, parents should start talking about God with their kids when they're real young, like from infancy, because that's what the Bible pushes for in places like 2 Timothy 3:15 where it mentions knowing the holy writings from the start.

NAB or JB render it closer to “highly favored” or explain the phrase as tied directly to becoming the mother of the Messiah not a blank check for ongoing veneration. She herself called herself his “slave girl” Gabriel didn't set a pattern for people to “hail” Mary like royalty.

“If we wanted to judge Christians of the pre-Nicene period after the event, in the light of the Council of Nicaea, then not only the Jewish Christians would be heretics but also almost all the Greek church fathers.”

Salvation starts with believing dat Jesus Christ sacrificed his life to cover sins. Repentance is d part that needs doing right away if time is short. The Bible talks about doing “works that befit repentance,” but with only minutes, that heartfelt shift is what counts most here.

That leaves the Trinitarian view stuck: either the Holy Spirit is ignorant too (contradicting co-equality and omniscience), or the text simply means what it says the Son, in his whole person, does not know the time that the Father has reserved in his own authority (Acts 1:7)

God always has authority. No time was God given. Jesus gets “all authority” given to him, meaning he didn't inherently have it unlimited. He prays to the Father, calls him “my God,” obeys his will completely. Being sent implies a sender with higher will.

No. God exists eternally with no beginning and no end. He is one “who *alone* is immortal” in a supreme sense. (1 Tim 1:17) Death applies to created beings, even spirit ones if they sin and lose favor, but not to the Creator himself who has no higher power over him.

“For in many things we all stumble. If anyone doesn’t stumble in word, the same is a perfect man, able to bridle the whole body also.” (James 3:2, WEBA)

The NIV translation “being in very nature God” is false to the Greek and simply reads the much later post-biblical philosophical definition of “God the Son” into Paul.

Truth standing alone turns hard and mechanical, like a display of control rather than life. Love standing alone drifts away from what is real and stops being true love. Either way the result damages relationships badly.
