The Independent National Electoral Commission has collaborated for the 2nd phase of sensitisation with CLEEN Foundation on voters education, collection of PVCs and general election conduct. This happened at Iguobazuwa Market in Ovia South West LGA.

CLEEN Foundation paid a courtesy visit to the Benue State Commissioner of Women Affairs and Social Welfare, Hon. Mrs. Ann Itodo Benjamin; this was followed by advocacy visits to traditional chiefs and religious leaders in Guma and Gwer Local Government Area (LGA) of Benue State.

The purpose of these visits are to promote sustainable peace and peaceful coexistence, building upon the successes and lessons learned from previous initiatives while considering Nigeria's current and emerging peace and security context.

Involving women in peace processes as mediators, bridge-builders and advocates for peace, helps create a sense of understanding around the social dynamics of our communities. Supported by the UN Women and Norwegian Embassy.
