Last year was hottest on record, again, and on average 1.48 degrees C higher than late 1800s. The world is on a worrying, dangerous trend, and we need to urgently curb emissions that heat up our planet, and drastically scale up climate adaptation. nytimes.com/2024/01/09/cli…
