Great customer service from Land Rover Discovery. Did a deal on Saturday. Sign all the paperwork pay the deposit only to get a phone call Monday morning to say someone else has bought the car. Not amused.

Need to vent my frustration Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency seem to be the only organisation that can’t operate in this crisis but yet They can continue to pull drivers on the road. There is a shortage of drivers yet they feel the need to cancel our young apprentices HGV and CPC tests. Shame on you

I see it’s not just me that British Airways ignore. Still no response since start of October. Apparently experiencing high volumes of complaints. Perhaps I won’t be the only one never to fly with them again.
