Russian ‘Shock Training’ 🇷🇺 Bit of a throwback here. We never get bored of watching Yuri Verkhoshanskys work from the 1970s. Russian ‘shock training’ still provides the foundation for much of what we see today in the plyometric world. 🤾‍♂️
