Tip for filming a #runandgun scene: if something intrusive comes into your set by accident, don't make excuses. Just find a way around it, move, turn around. There are many ways to manipulate the scene to avoid things that aren't good for your shot.

We know when we have the right equipment when we no longer have to worry about it. Without thinking about which lens or accessories we need to use, we have a more mental capacity to think about fundamental things like the image/light composition and the story we want to capture.
