I hope you understand that you are "Nigerians" - and that if there is a crisis with immense suffering and loss of life in Nigeria - the rest of the world will treat you EXACTLY the same way it is treating Tigrayans and Yemenis right now; Not the way it is treating Ukrainians.

Just spent 1 hour queuing at Amsterdam immigration with the elderly and children. Tried pleading for priority for 1 old man (who was clearly exhausted) and got a big NO. I appreciate that countries need to protect their borders but can we not do so while retaining our humanity?
