I felt good after taking a day off from running. I will be running the tough Annapolis half marathon tomorrow morning. I don't feel like I trained hard enough for it. I'll get through the race, but I need to take my training to the next level for my upcoming longer races.

The Annapolis running festival half marathon starts in 20 minutes. I'm going to do my best.

Today may be a big day, or just another day. I hope this dealership has this electric cargo van that I've spent over two weeks looking for. I've struggled to find what I really wanted. I can't drive my current van due to the emissions getting inside of the van from a hole.

I don't know how I'm awake. I stayed up for 24 hours yesterday. I spent my night installing those lights on a nearly 25 ft high ceiling. I did that all alone on the scaffolding. I completed 3 more jobs after a 2 hour nap today. I'm tired, but I need food first.

The gopro is on my head. That must mean that I'm about to run. The Cherry Blossom 5k race is today. I'm ready to run fast this morning. The best part is that I get to run the 10 mile race tomorrow.

I don't think that I could do this before surgery. My legs feel strong every time I'm out here running now. I'm proud of how fat I've come.

I was sleep during most of that Netflix fight card. I watched the last two fights. Those fights did nothing for me. Benn loses to most of the top 147 fighters. Fury will get punished by AJ, but may not get knocked out. Wilder hit him with everything and couldn't do it.

It is race day again. I took a two hour nap before getting up for this race. I don't look like I'm getting ready to run 10 miles. I'm going to need to turn on my adrenaline switch.

It was another great day for running. I did great off of 2 hours of sleep. This medal looks good on me. This has to be the biggest race that I've run in. I'm so proud of myself. The adrenaline is wearing off. I'm getting sleepy again.

It is another race day. This time I'm running a 10k race with my run club. The time to beat my personal best is from 2024. I ran it in 1:11:56 . I should beat that with ease today. I weighed 247lbs compared to 223lbs today. I'm also not in pain.

I got this race done in 1:04:08 seconds. I easily beat my time from 2024. It's time to get ready for the donut mile tomorrow. Those dunkin donuts will be nasty, but I'll get through it.

It's safe to say that I really enjoyed the Cherry blossom festival. This was the best 10 mile race experience ever. It felt like I was running with thousands of friends.
