When I forget to keep my mind busy and suddenly I get flashbacks of everything I survived.

One thing I don’t lie about is me being sleep. I be knocked out.

So thankful some things just aren’t my reality anymore and it just took me making a conscious choice and following through no matter what.

We have a very serious shortage of normal people. There’s a shortage of sense. A general lack of shame, and don’t get me started on integrity.

Normalize being in your 30s and literally starting over your entire life. New career. New City. New relationship. New mindset. Reinvention is not failure. Your 20s were experimentation. Your 30s are alignment. You know more. You tolerate less. You choose better.

It takes a special kind of stupid to irritate me at 5am sharp 🤬

Usually someone pissing me off would energize me for the gym but the shit I just heard was so stupid to the point my head started hurting so I’m going to sleep after that one. I’ll wake up and try again

The moment when i feel disrespected and all my personalities start asking me instantly what tf you wanna do

Being disrespected genuinely makes me want to slap a bitch and that’s how I know that no matter how much healing work I do I still have that dog in me that will bite back. 😭

I be like “i need to lock in” and it’s just me moving the clothes from the washer to the dryer
