On the 9th day of #OneHealthMonth my daughter gave to me: a handcrafted ceramic mug for my coffee drinking needs! Multidisciplinary problem solving is best facilitated with caffeine... and #calvinandhobbes remind us to see humor in all things.

On the 10th day of #OneHealthMonth my daughters gave to me: um, well, another rock! It reminds us all that, again, the environment is very important in #OneHealth ... and that all working professionals sometimes phone it in on Fridays.

And on the 11th, 12th, and 13th day of #OneHealthMonth, my daughters gave to me: a pea, a cow, and a snowflake. Easy to see that animals, plants, and the environment were all given artistic representation by awesome human hands. Well, except the cow.

On the 14th day of #OneHealthMonth my daughters gave to me: a jar of water. In many ways, water ties all #OneHealth disciplines together, and #SDG6 reminds us that not enough people in the world have access to safe drinking water or sanitation.

On the 15th day of #OneHealthMonth my daughters gave to me: a ceramic banana. On the 16th, about a 1/2 oz of aloe vera juice. A good reminder of how humans and plants interact, co-evolve, and benefit from one-another.

On the 17th day of #OneHealthMonth my daughers gave to me: nothing. Which is a good reminder of what many of us need. Consider the health of animals, plants, people and the environment when choosing your next conference giveaway! I've got too much stuff!

On the 18th - 24th days of #OneHealthMonth my daughters gave to me: a whole ceramic fruit container, with lid, and fruits! It's awesome and it was totally worth the wait! Fruits are plants!! The health of plants, animals, environment and humans = #OneHealth
