only 𝙞𝙛 mother would’ve caught us. since we aren’t too terribly sneaky, she definitely would’ve. i know so, brother. i’ve forsaken women because i am destined to be the cool uncle to all of my nieces and nephews.

while downing the rest of his liquor filled flask, he looks around to see his friend looking in his direction. quickly hiding the flask, he made his way over to the girl in yellow. “promise to not say a word to my mother? she would end me if she saw me drinking today.”

it’s okay, mother. he promises no one is listening so she can just say it.

honestly? depends on the day, dear sister. she’s starting to sound like mother — that’s a little scary.

a small chuckle left his lips as he nodded attentively at his dear friends words. “everything has to be nothing short of perfection or daphne and mother would loose their marbles!” he meant it in the nicest, loving way possible. “you look nice this evening, pen.”
