[♡] Good answer,- I'm on PC aswell Well,- I pretty much played through every Borderlands,- two and three,- even one and pre-sequel. With all DLCs. I prefer BL2 over any other, and my specs are,- an Intel Core I9, GTX 1080, Asus prime motherboard, and 16 GB DDR4 Ram.

[♡] BL3 on Ps4 is like less than 50 fps, not worth. the Ram of the Ps4 is way too weak, or the game's software doesn't run well with it,- I have an Ps4, + BL3 for it. Pro strat: Upgrade your PC, get an intel processor, the best choice for gaming, AMD for rendering videos

[♡] Put your windows on an SSD, upgrade to atleast 16GB DDR4 DDR4 is important, make sure not to accidentally buy DDR3, this in combination with a strong processor and graphic card, and you should be able to play BL3 and GTA V at the same time with capped 60-120Fps

[♡] You can keep all the files on the Hard drives, just buy an external SSD 250GB recommended, and put only your windows on it , if you want to run a game as fast and as best quality, buy a big SSD to put the game on the said SSD aswell, it will increase the boot speed.

[♡] It's all about your processor then. Intel is great for gaming experience, while AMD is perfect for video editing and post-process rendering, because it has more cores than Intel, but intel has a higher clock frequency, which is good for Antialiasing. Difficult to choose.
